9. Treatment: The way you treat your members is something you should really take care of. If you're mean and cruel to them, then there will be nothing stopping them from leaving your guild. Be nice to them. They joined your guild for the fun of it, so try your best to be a good leader. Mean leader, Horrible guild. Good leader, Excellent guild!
10. Help: Try your best to help out your members. It will make them happy that they have such a nice and helpful leader.
11. Opinions & suggestions: Why not make a form for your members to fill out with their opinions and suggestions about and for the guild? Don't take anything personally, though. To avoid getting members that suggested something mad at you when you tell them that you do not like their idea, just inform all of your members that you do not reply to their suggestions and opinions. Instead, you just read them and see what you find suitable.
12. Staying in-touch: Also try your best to stay in-touch with your members. If you have time, send your members neomails asking them if they're enjoying their time in the guild or if they are getting annoyed from any other member for some reason. They'll appreciate you caring for such things.
13. Inactive members: If you have inactive members in your guild, first try to find out the reason why they're inactive. If they do not respond to you, then you have no choice but to delete them. I know you won't like losing members, but it's the best thing to do. You can, however, give your inactive members a chance by posting a note on the main page of your guild informing them that if they remain inactive until a certain date, then they will be deleted.
